It was the worst accomodation during our 4 week trip to Indonesia. We stayed there for one night. The bateroom was disgusting, very dirty with 1 cm layer of mold on the shower and shelfs. We were trying not to touch anything, the sheets were dirty. Thank god that we had ours slleeping bags. No windows in the room, very dark place. Only positive aspect was friendly, helpful staff.

The first impression when you arrive at Lagura Residence after a few-month stay in Indonesia, is that this guest house is a good value for money : small room with hot water and air conditioner sounds good. But after a night, it seems that the staff doesn't know anything about service and the reason why people book a hotel (SLEEP) : - Lights on the whole night so that the room is enlightened - in addition to the useless consumption of the whole house's lights during the nights "think green" please !!!!!!!, - The staff cleaning the corridors at 4:00 AM without, of course, forgetting to hit the doors with the mop ; - Families making noise between 4:00 and 5:00 AM without any intervention of the staff... I stayed a few days in Lagura Residence and I never slept more than 3 hours per night. I advise against this guest house everybody who want to sleep at least a little.

First of all, it was not a hotel but guest house. The location was quite easy to find. It was in the housing behind KFC on Raya Cempaka Putih. About 300 meters to the South, then turn left and you will find the guest house. The receptionist was a friendly guy but do not expect a professional hotel receptionist. Nevertheless, he was quite helpful. You will get all the facilities that they mention on their webpage on Agoda. The Wi-Fi, aircon, bed, hot water, cleanliness, car park was great for the price and the comfortability that you get. It was peacefull ambience in the morning. I am satisfied so far. It was good place to stay for the money.
